Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description
• OM7 Productions provides photography and videography services for tourists and local clients on the streets of Tokyo.
• Each session includes the duration, number of edited photos/videos, and delivery time specified in the chosen plan (Basic, Professional, or Premium).
2. Booking and Payment
• Full payment must be completed to confirm the reservation.
• Payment can be made online via credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the client receives a confirmation email.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• The cancellation policy applies as detailed in the Cancellation Policy section.
• Refunds will be processed according to that policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
• If the client arrives late without notice, the shooting time may be reduced accordingly.
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the shoot.
• Travel Time and Transportation Costs:
Total shooting (booking) time includes travel time between locations. Transportation expenses (train, bus, or taxi) are the responsibility of the client. For train or bus rides, the client only needs to cover their own ticket. For taxi rides, the client is responsible for the full fare.
• Indoor Photoshooting: OM7 Productions does not guarantee indoor shooting (in stores, bars, museums, hotels, etc.) as these locations often require special permits or have privacy restrictions. Shooting will primarily take place outdoors. If the client wishes to shoot in a paid facility (such as Shibuya Sky or teamLab), the client must also purchase an entry ticket for the photographer. Please note that no refund will be provided if the chosen indoor location denies shooting access on the day of the shooting, and no additional time will be added to change locations.
5. Photographer’s Rights
• OM7 Productions retains the right to use photos or videos for its portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shooting.
• The photographer may cancel or reschedule a shooting due to unsafe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Delivery
Edited Photos & Videos
• Edited photos and/or videos are delivered within 4–10 business days via a secure online link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar).
• All final photos and videos provided by OM7 Productions are delivered as finished, high-quality products.
Photo Policy
• The photos delivered are considered final.
• Clients may request up to five (5) photo revisions for minor adjustments such as brightness, contrast, or saturation.
• Facial retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, blemish removal, body reshaping) is not included in any package.
• For facial retouching requests, please contact OM7 Productions via email or Instagram for a separate quotation.
Video Policy
• Once the video has been delivered, no revisions or refunds will be accepted.
• Clients must communicate their video concept and preferences (including music choices or examples) at least one day before the shooting.
• If no specific music is provided, OM7 Productions will suggest one or more suitable tracks for the edit.
• Once editing begins, no further changes can be made to the video.
• All videos delivered will have a maximum duration of 90 seconds.
Storage & File Policy
• The photographic and video content from each shooting will be stored in our database for 3 months from the delivery date.
• After this period, it will no longer be possible to re-deliver the material if the client loses it, and no refunds will be issued.
• Raw (unedited) files are not included unless agreed upon in advance.
7. Use of Content
• Clients are free to use the delivered content for personal, social media, or business promotion purposes, depending on the plan selected.
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited unless included in the “Full Rights” option.
8. Liability
• OM7 Productions is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the shooting.
• Clients participate at their own risk.
9. Acceptance
By ticking the box “I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service” during booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
