CANCELLATION POLICY
General Policy
Cancellation fees apply to cancellations or changes within 15 days of the scheduled shooting date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shooting time are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
If the client does not show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time (during the first 30 minutes), the shooting will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be made.
Weather Conditions
In case of rain or bad weather, the following rules apply:
• Light rain (less than 1mm): The shooting will proceed as planned.
• Moderate rain (2–3mm): The shooting can proceed if the client agrees. If heavy rain or thunder occurs during the session, the photographer may decide to end early for safety reasons. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• Heavy rain (4mm or more): The shooting will be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons.
Weather data from the Japan Weather Association (tenki.jp) will be used as the standard for rain forecasts.
Changes to the Booking
• A 3,000 yen rescheduling fee per person applies if the client requests to change the date or time for personal reasons.
• Free rescheduling is available in case of rain or unsafe weather conditions.
Refund Conditions
If public transportation delays (train, shinkansen, or airplane) cause the client to miss the appointment, a certificate of delay must be provided to receive a refund.
(Refunds will not be granted for traffic jams involving cars, taxis, or buses.)
Delay certificates can be issued at train stations or airports.

Notes
• All cancellations or changes must be made via email or official message.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
• By completing the booking, the client agrees to all the terms stated in this policy.
